Terms of use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Minder is a pre-launch product. These terms describe use of the application as it works today for a business that already has an account. Minder does not offer a paid subscription. These terms are not a subscription agreement, and no fee is charged through this website.

The company

MINDER UK HQ LTD, company number 17547821, is registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

The service

Minder is a unified customer inbox and an AI-assisted workflow for a small business. A signed-in business can see customer conversations, keep follow-ups, open a daily briefing, and send a reply it has chosen on channels that are connected for that account.

Accounts

Public sign-up is not open. New customers are coming soon. Sign in at the existing sign-in page is for a business that already has an account. You are responsible for the activity under that account and for keeping the password private.

There is no control on this public site that closes an account.

No subscription

There is no paid plan, trial checkout or recurring charge in this pre-launch service. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a subscription.

Your customers and your messages

You decide what customer information to store and what to send. You are responsible for having a proper reason to use your customers' information, and for checking a message before it goes out. Minder does not send customer replies on its own.

Gmail

Connecting Gmail lets Minder read mail, send mail, and, where that permission is granted, change mail in Gmail, including marking, archiving or deleting it. You can connect an account from inside the signed-in product. Google's own terms still apply to that mailbox.

Facebook Messenger and Instagram

Messenger and Instagram can be used where a Page or Instagram account is already connected and Meta's permissions allow it. These terms do not say those integrations are approved by Meta, and they do not say a new business can connect them on request.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp can be used where a WhatsApp Business number is already connected and Meta's permissions allow it. These terms do not say that integration is approved by Meta, and they do not say a new business can connect it on request.

Drafts, follow-ups and briefings

An AI draft is a suggestion. It can be wrong. You read it, change it if you need to, and you send it. Where a draft would mention a price, Minder checks that price against the prices you have saved and can refuse to write a price it cannot check. That check is not a promise that every draft is correct.

Follow-up suggestions are for you to review. Automatic follow-up changes are not switched on. The daily briefing on Today is a private summary of your own records. These terms do not promise that a saved schedule will run unattended.

Pre-launch availability

Because Minder is pre-launch, features can change. These terms do not promise particular hours, uptime or a support contract.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy describes the information Minder processes. The data deletion instructions explain how to ask for access or deletion. Archiving a customer does not delete their records.

Changes

Updates to these terms are published on this page with a new date.
