Email through a connected Gmail account is ready to connect from the product. Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are not the same kind of promise. Each one is marked below.
Facebook Messenger
Minder can show Messenger conversations for a Facebook Page that is already connected, and a person can reply from the customer record. That depends on the Page connection and on Meta's app permissions. It is not offered to every business.
Instagram direct messages can be shown for a connected Instagram account, with a reply from the customer record. Availability depends on Meta's permissions. This page does not describe that integration as approved.
Where a WhatsApp Business number is already connected, Minder can show those messages and a person can reply from the customer record. That depends on the connection and on Meta's permissions. This page does not describe that integration as approved, and it is not offered to every business.
Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp exist in the product where a connection is already in place. That is not a statement that Meta has approved Minder, and it is not a promise that a new business can connect those channels today.
Workflow
Help with the reply. You still send it.
If you answer people between appointments, jobs or the school run, Minder is the list of who still needs you.
AI-assisted replies
Minder can draft a reply from the conversation and from business details you have saved, including prices it can check. The draft stays in the reply box until you send it.
Follow-up tracking
Follow-ups stay on a list with a due date. Minder can suggest whether one still needs you. You review that suggestion. Automatic follow-up changes are not switched on.
Daily summaries
A private daily briefing sums up messages, open replies and follow-ups from your own records. You open it on your Today page.
